 FREIGHT TERMS
At the present time we are only accepting orders from customers within our normal delivery area. Free freight applies on orders of $25.00 or more. Orders less than the minimum may be subject to a $5.00 shipping charge.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Our website has secure encrypted credit card processing for Visa, Mastercard and American Express Cardholders. For corporate customers with good credit history and who are well rated with D & B, we also have net 30 day open account billing. Please contact us for a credit application if you would like to have open account billing.

RETURNS
All purchases are backed by our 30 day 100% satisfaction or your money back guarantee. We will replace defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to us in original shipping cartons and packaging within 30 days. Merchandise ordered in error is returnable, providing that the merchandise has not been used and that it is returned in sellable condition with all original packaging and contents intact. Special order merchandise including furniture is not subject to return.
Please call or e-mail our customer service department click here for return authorization prior to returning merchandise. Customer may be responsible for freight charges of merchandise being returned for customer error. In case of merchandise damaged in transit, we must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of order.
