Installation & Delivery

Our department has a fleet of 4 company owned delivery vehicles:
2 vans for daily supply delivery
and
2 trucks for large orders and furniture deliveries.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We offer free next day supply delivery to the immediate Erie area
We deliver to Fairview, Girard and Lake City on Monday, Wednesday & Friday; North East on Tuesday and Thursday; Waterford on Wednesdays.
We deliver to Edinboro, Cambridge Springs, Saegertown, Meadville, Cochranton, Andover Ohio & Conneaut Ohio on Tuesdays
We deliver to Union City, Titusville, Oil City, Franklin, Tionesta, Warren and Corry on Wednesdays
Other deliveries must be scheduled and may include a delivery fee
Bulk paper orders of 9 cases or less are delivered next day on the supply vans; Orders of 10 or more are delivered within 2 days Erie, orders to outlying areas may take longer.
Furniture orders are typically delivered within 5 days of receiving the order from our vendors, unless a specific delivery is requested. In the event of larger orders, we call to set up delivery with the customer.

HOURS
Our warehouse is located at 1307 State St. Orders may also be picked up at this location between the hours of 8:00 - 4:30
INSTALLATIONS
Installations are delivered and installed in a timely manner by appointment only after communication with the customer. Our uniformed installers are factory trained.
Service requests are handled promptly, typically within a 3 window, with the exception of requests out of the immediate Erie area
Most furniture orders are delivered free of delivery charge although in certain situations, a fee may be charged. These situations may include delivery of Fire Files, deliveries made in unusual fashion such as large amount of stairs involved, through windows, over rooftops, etc.
When ordering furniture, please let us know if moving of existing furniture is needed in order to deliver your new product
